One I keep in my wallet and the other is clamped to a magnet on my refrigerator (in case of emergency). I highly recommend this for everybody. Very useful if you travel a lot as well.

Perfect! Fits in my wallet and has plenty of room for all kinds of personal details. I filled in with pencil so when some info changes, I can still use it.

This product is great and is in my wallet. My only concern on this product is that it is quite thick, both magnets on front and back, and the thickness makes it a little bit difficult to fit in standard wallet pockets.

I had written my emergency information on a sheet of paper, but felt it was not going to be easy to notice in an emergency when someone was going through my purse. So I imagined what it would need to look like and how it would need to function. Turned to Amazon to see if anyone had invented something and low and behold I found this. It is exactly what I wanted; the size of a credit card, room for all the details that ER and Police will need. I even entered information for making sure my pets are taken care of if I am incapacitated. I think I will be buying more as gifts for friends and family.

The front and back of this item are two magnets. It isn't a good wallet card if you carry credit cards etc with magnetic strips in your wallet. The magnets are covered in a laminate so it won't stick to a refrigerator, desk, etc. Ultimately this could be a useful item but it's nearly impossible to find a use for it because of the magnets.

This card was a lot nicer than I was expecting it to be for the price! the front and back of made of a magnetic material, there's lots of space to write important information. Handy if you're as sick as me, and on as many meds as I am AND deaf to top it all off. I could never hope to fit all of the things paramedics need to be aware of on an alert bracelet. Instead, I wrote the most important, and the rest in here! It's a little thick, obviously when you fold that many times it will be thicker. It's about the same size as a stack of credit cards, plenty of room for it in my purse. I ordered one for my mom, and will be ordering some extras for myself.

I carry this around with me all the time. Though small, it has room to write all your medical essentials. Especially if you travel a great deal, I recommend that you have one of these in your bag or wallet.

I bought these for my in-laws and my parents to make things a little easier for them and us. However, as most of the elderly they have multiple medications. There is enough room to write 7 medications. I don't know about you but all of the elderly that I know have more than 7 medications. It also has room for insurance information- don't most places want to see insurance cards? Also a place for employer address, work email and supervisor name and phone. Either myself or my emergency contact will call my employer don't need someone else to do that for me. I also think the paper inside of the magnet is too thin. Looks like it could tear very easily. On a good note it does have room for 3 emergency contacts and 3 physician information. It also has a place for religious affiliation and a person to contact for your living will. The concept is good but needs some work.
