Had 0 issues, install and functionality, sounds better than my stock probuckers in my Epi’s. Will buy again, just need another project guitar.

They were difficult to install in a 338 style with no available back panels. You might have to enlarge holes on some guitars to thread the wires through a center block. The sound is just barely OK on two separate amps, and that was disappointing. GuitarFetish pups and wiring systems are far superior. I'll just set this guitar aside and cannibalize it for spare parts later on. Lord knows I do have enough guitars, so no biggy that it didn't work out. But, I did try these new ones, and now I know.

The wiring on these is very poor. I had to re-solder almost every connection since they would just pop-off during installation. Also, the wires are so thin that they break too easily during installation. I had to swap out some of the wires because I got tired of them breaking every time I would try to install them or even move them a little bit. I had to install and re-install the pickups several times because the wires just kept breaking or solders just popped off. Also, note that they don't come with any instructions.Still haven't been able to hear what they sound like, because I have to fix another broken connection first.Edit: I was able to replace some of the wiring and re-solder the connections. Once installed, the pickups sound great and have a lot of versatility with the push-pull option. I like the pickups, but still - I should have just been able to install them right out of the box and not have to spend so much time fixing obvious design or manufacturing deficiency.

This set up is very easy to install. All plug and play. Also they sound very nice and handles gain very well. I put these in a amazon special ivy lp style guitar and it's going to be a go to guitar in the arsenal.

If you’re looking to upgrade an LP with coil splits or a cheap Chinese guitar with better pick ups and coil split these are a great option all you have to do is solder the ground everything else is plug-and-play
