Purchased for use on steel roof to cover large holes. Washer is thin and bends easy. The neoprene is also thin.

These washers worked great for my needs which consisted of using them with garden spikes to hold down weed barrier in my front yard. They metal part of the washer is a little on the soft side but that was perfect for my use. Not sure if anyone else would use them for that purpose. No idea if they will rust since I'm in California and rain has all but disappeared.
