Bought several times before. Always new chipboard. Now it is recycled chipboard. Looks like moldy cardboard.

I bought this to roll my yards of fabric on! I have a HBB and have TONS of fabric, varying widths, between 3-12 yards long. I fold it length wise and roll it onto these and VIOLA!
