Usually and almost always rack screws come with washers, these do not.Be sure to inquire before ordering rack screws if you prefer washers with them. This is the first time in 30 years that I have ever seen this.

I was tired of having mismatched rack screws, and when I went to install some more equipment, the vendor-supplied screws weren't the right type for my rack. After a quick search on Amazon, I purchased these, and I have been very pleased with my purchase. The screw finish could be improved, but otherwise they are of good quality and I see no workmanship defects.

I'm a car guy while I am not working on my music and I know what good and bad fasteners are. These are solid screws, strong, easily aligns to the thread, and the paint does not chip while tightening. These screws get an A+ in my books.

I've built hundreds of racks and I can tell you the rack screws matter. Too short, too long, bad threads, inconsistent threads, heads that are not a real Phillips #2 size or strip out easily are all common issues that waste time during your build. I had a small project that I wanted to look good, so instead of using my stash of miscellaneous leftover screws, I ordered these. Really, really impressed. Perfect threads, good screw heads and a nice end taper that ensured proper thread start. Just buy them and thank me later...

Great screws. Longer than we needed, but worked well.

Before buying these screws, I had an odd assortment of randomly collected screws for all my gear. After deciding to build a new case and reorganize all my stuff, I decided to treat myself to some new fasteners.100 rack screws for $15. If I do math correctly, that's 15 cents per screw. Not too shabby. The screws themselves are fantastic!-Made in USA-Larger than normal screw heads hold equipment firmly without washers.-Tapered ends make starting threads easy and accurate. Didn't realize how much I'd appreciate this, but it's very helpful. One possible con is the length of the screws - they seem unnecessarily long for their intended application, which would be a bummer if you're using hand tools to install or remove rack gear. Otherwise, length hasn't caused any issues.
