First I want to say to be careful when opening the bag. It will probably be filled with "glass dust", tiny and invisible pieces of glass shards. I did not want this review to be all about the "glass dust" but I feel I must give a warning as I am still feeling them in my arms where I was working as I was taking them out of the bag they came in and placing them in an organizer. I will list what to do about the "glass dust" at the bottom of this review. These are nice tiles. I found only two that had broken pieces off them. I like the colors too. The white has iridescent shine. There are only five general color schemes. White, black, greens, browns, and blues. They are about 1 inch at its widest. Each edge of the hexagon is about 1/2 inch. They are thick and as far as I can see, one can turn them upside down for plain white or to paint them a different color. The bottoms are smaller as they look like they are embossed, sort of like the bottom of a pyramid.I can still recommend these tiles for artists as long as my warnings and how to handle them are read. Here is how to deal with the "glass dust":"1. Safety First Wear rubber gloves and shoes to protect yourself from cuts. Ensure that children and pets are kept away from the area until cleanup is complete.2. Collect Larger Shards first, if there are any Begin by picking up larger glass pieces by hand, using gloved hands. Place them in a double-layered plastic or paper bag to prevent any sharp edges from cutting through.3. Use Damp Materials Damp Paper Towels: Fold and dampen a few paper towels, then press them onto the area with glass dust. This will help collect tiny shards and dust, which can then be disposed of safely. Bread: Press a slice of bread against the area; its soft texture can pick up small glass fragments effectively. Discard the bread afterward. Potatoes: A halved raw potato can also be used to pick up glass dust, as its moist interior attracts tiny pieces.4. Vacuuming Use a vacuum cleaner with a hose attachment to pick up any remaining dust and shards. Ensure to check under furniture and in corners. After vacuuming, empty the dust compartment or replace the bag immediately to avoid spreading glass dust later.5. Duct Tape Wrap duct tape around your hand with the sticky side out and gently press it against the floor to lift any remaining glass dust. Dispose of the tape in a sealed bag.6. Avoid Using a Broom - not much to say just do not use a broom should any fall on the floor7. Disposal Once you've collected the glass dust and shards, dispose of them in a sealed bag or container to prevent any risk of injury to others."

Great choice of colors. Pieces came mostly intact. Just what I had in mind to use for making stepping stones.
