I recently installed the DASPARTS 111721335C Clutch Cable on my 1973 VW Beetle, and I have to say, it has been a game changer. It wouldn't even fit on the pedals without being modified.In order to get this to even go onto my pedal, I had to file the hole in this cable bigger, and also trim the tip of it. The problem is that it's too square. Higher quality cables have a rounded shape so that they move with the clutch pedal hook. IT took a while, but I had to file this down with a rat tail file to create that curved shape. And once I got it to fit, I also had to take some material off the tip so that the hook could move. Just a bummer of a part that doesn't fit well.
