I bought this piece of equipment and it has been used for 5+years every 3 days to chop lots of vegetables for my parrot farm. It chops a 5 gallon bucket of fruit and veggies perfectly in no time at all. I have just replaced the blades and pusher and that’s the only thing I’ve had to replace after all this time. This was a very wise investment!!!

Take notice that although it says 1/4" the blades are set at 3/8". Seems more like a manufacturers description issue. I had to order an 1/8" set to get the 1/2" cut.
