Putting on a new metal roof. I still put new rubber flashings around the pipes under the metal roof but this was a neat new way to direct rain away from the pipes on top of the metal roof. Slides right down the pipe and sits on top of the metal roof. Any rain that might get through still won’t get through the regular rubber flashing but there won’t be much or any thanks to this collar.

This flashing was exactly what I was looking for! I noticed that with heavy rain, I would get water leaking in my basement. I eventually figured out that it was coming from a pipe that vents my septic system through the roof. It was a 4 inch pipe, and this product fit perfectly on it to redirect rain away from the pipe. It completely solved my leak in about 5 minutes of work on the roof. I just slid the flashing down from the top of the pipe and I was done. I am very happy with the results of this product and would recommend it highly if you're having a similar problem.
