Getting the chicken is was a hassle. But the worst part is the ball won’t stay together without zip ties they provide and even then they only give you two zip ties. Not wheel designed.

The clips are very difficult and do not stay in place. I had to return this item as I was not able to use it safely (or at all) for my house chicken. Please keep working on one as it is a great product idea and very desirable for a better design. Thanks

The ball doesn’t like to snap together, once snapped it comes apart. Not easy at all. For the price it should have a better closing latch.

Zip ties would work to keep the bird inside but the snaps are not strong enough. Not practical.
