Nice set of rods for the money. Was a lot of fun making these plant stakes. I had a lot of odds and ends from jewelry making and wasn't sure what to do with the stuff. Then I saw these. Get them!! Have fun!!!

If this is a common problem it would be nice if they gave more nuts then bolts in case some don’t fit. 3 of my 15 don’t fit so I need to buy replacement nuts, which make these less cost effective. Otherwise they were great for my plant fairy wand project!

After spending way too much time trying to get a nut on one of the rods, I then read the reviews that say they don't fit. Go me. So I ordered these "#8-32 Hex Nuts, 11/32" Width, 1/8" Height, 304 Stainless Steel" and they fit well. 3 of my first 15 didn't fit. The others were fine, so be sure to try them all before giving up.

I love making the garden steaks for my pots. It’s also a great tool to use for older people with memory issues. I took a set of it to my aunt who has dementia, and it helped her concentrate on what she needed to do to make the steak and how to make it.

I was trying to make some garden steaks in the nuts that came were too small. I messaged the buyer and he said he would send me out the correct ones tried calling Amazon no results I never got the nuts went to my local hardware store to get some.
