In the end, sidewalk chalk is sidewalk chalk, so there's little to say in that regard. When my local $1.25 store has sidewalk chalk, there are many more pieces in the bucket for the $1.25 than I got here for a whole lot more money. I needed the chalk, so I didn't have a choice, but I wouldn't purchase it again. The chalk is individually vacuum packed, which is good for freshness, but I would imagine that it might be difficult to access while you're managing your toddler, and it absolutely must be prepared in advance for a young child to access it, where the complete prep for the bucket from the $1.25 store involves removing a piece of tape.

This is a good set of sidewalk chalk. Nothing exceptional or bad, just a good set. It is fun to use and perfect for sidewalk art, especially with kids.

The price for this set is amazing! My girls are still playing with chalk and have more than 3/4 of the box left!!
