Received in a package with 4 items of canned food with minimal packing. There was no visible damage, but one of the pads would not erase until I reseated the battery. I don't know if the erase issue is a design, manufacturing, shipping, or other issue, but it was an easy fix. The battery is held in place with a holder secured with a tiny screw and a small latch. There were no instructions on how to remove/replace the battery. The latch was a little tricky to hold to the unlock position while sliding out the holder and battery. The package includes two replacement batteries (CR2032 cells).I like to keep these handy for grocery lists and other notes. The contrast is decent. The plastic pen is held firmly in place at the bottom of the tablet. Only light pressure is required to write on the tablet. The screen is erased when the 'trash can' button is pressed.The drawn lines are fairly wide, so you will not get fine lines or be able to write small.. However, these are great for what they do and the price is very good. I downgraded one star because of the initial erase issue on one tablet.

I've been using a major brand writing tablet for many years that works in mostly the same way, but was surprised to find that this tablet, at a fraction of the cost, matched , and sometimes surpassed, the previous in many ways. Both TIQUS pads arrived well packaged and, unlike my previous board, came bundled with additional replacement batteries. I was worried that the flat stylus would not be as easy to hold as the previous board's cylindrical pen shape, but found it very easy to hold and write with. The writing image quality is on par with my previous - kind of a greenish tinted writing on black - and seemed a little brighter and easier to read than the previous. The TIQUS pads have one additional feature I really like - the ability to lock the image in (via a switch on the back) so you don't accidentally erase your writing.Overall I really like these pads - they are far cheaper than what I had to shell out in the past. The design of the pad itself is a bit more kid friendly than office friendly but I don't mind that for the price. These pads have been indispensable as note taking tools at my desk, rather than littering it with notepads and sticky pads, so I like to have at least a couple on hand at all times.

These are great and cost about as much as a paper notebook. Infinite doodles notes and sketches. These are really inexpensive and provide a great value. I drew an angry potato to test it out. My daughter has been playing with one of them for a few hours and its less messy and easier to recycle after she's done. I work IT for a call center and have been seeing reps use these in place of dry erase boards they seem to last month to years of daily use. They meet our CPNI standards as they do not have memory and once erased are data safe. These are really good for any desk job where paper would need to be destroyed or sent to a safe storage facility like iron mountain. I think these are great for receptionist, office workers, and call center staff. It comes with a set of spare batteries cr2032 I think. Ironically, they cost less than the batteries x4 that come with them.

One of the two included here came in DOA but since it also came with extra batteries I figured this was fine. Unfortunately the small compartment holding the battery was made so cheaply that it was stuck and the tab to open it cracked off trying to get it open. Replacing the battery did get it working and the compartment is holding OK even without the tab because it has a small screw. The tablets themselves work fine and I use these a ton. I am in customer service and take notes frequently but those notes are only needed for short runs until they get filtered onto a computer. Normally I would go through a notebook page per day taking temporary notes that get thrown out and some notes require shredding for having ID info on them. I first saw these kinds of pads when my kids got them as toys but immediately saw the use for the office and got myself a few. I keep one on my work office desk that gets a ton of use and one on my home desk that I use less often but still use quite a bit to replace notepads. Pretty much all these I have seen work exactly the same. The included pen on these makes pretty bold marks which limits the amount you can write but holds plenty of info for most of my calls. You can also use virtually anything to write on it so you can get smaller pens, I have used my fingernail in a pinch.
