I ordered this product some time ago and have only used it in one pair of my shoes. It only provided a bit of arch support, not as what I needed. If you don't need a whole lot of arch support, then this would be good otherwise, get something different.

Great padding for arches. Nice variety of colors. Moves around a bit if you do not wait for it to adhere to your shoes.

They are okay but I had difficulty positioning them properly in my shoe. There was no instructions or pictures to help. I only have them in 2 shoes and took quite the trial and error to get them in the correct spot.

I had been told by my chiropractor I would benefit from arch support in my shoes, I have many pairs so I thought this might be a good thing to try. I put the fabric one, vs the plastic gel one in a pair on converse and I could get them to stay in place very well

I wanted an insert for my arches only. I have super high arches, evidently. Otherwise I'm normal - ha. These are better than the Dr. Scholl's I tried. I like the shape; they are a good size, larger then Dr. S. They are gel. Good. And they stick, unlike DS. Get 'em.

For some of my shoes, I'd rather have no support. The difference between the middle and edge of the inserts is so different that it feels very "rock in shoe". The clear gel one are the most uncomfy. The beige ones actually work well and are more comfortable. They stick very well though!

Not terrific support. Clear cannot be seen too easily when wearing sandals but gives light arch auppprt.

Most of my shoes (boots, flats) don’t have great arch support so I’ve been looking for some sort of insoles to put in my shoes. I already put these in a few pairs of boots & love them! They stick well to the sole of my shoe & stay in place. They provide really great arch support as well and are gel & soft on my foot. Definitely adding the rest of them to my other shoes!
