The seller is very responsive.The boiling pot had a crack in it upon receipt. I sent a message to the seller that same day. The seller responded the following day with instructions for a replacement. It took a few weeks for the replacement, but I received it in great shape. Each time I contacted the seller I received a reply within 24hrs - very nice.The product goes together very well. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it appears to be good quality, so I don't expect any issues.
