Can be a more stable option for leveraging on a control arm than other options.Finding the right location to attach where you have full motion for a breaker bar or ratchet can takes some effort. When you get the right spot, it's a powerful tool.

A simple yet ingenious product. Of course this is marketed for control arms, and it works fantastic for that, but there are a lot of uses for such a simple and effective tool. I've changed countless lower control arms and ball joints, some are easier than others, sometimes you struggle to push the control arm out of the way or to line it back up with the steering knuckle. Usually you have to grab a pry bar or something similar and try to wedge it in there at the right angle and push down and land everything up. This makes the job almost effortless. I changed the lower control arm on my wife's SUV a few days ago and will be doing the passenger side soon as well. This tool made it so much easier, simple and effective. Well worth the price.

After struggling with makeshift methods and cheaper tools that either slipped or bent under pressure, this prying tool is much better. The build quality stands out - you can tell it's serious business just by handling it. The forged steel construction gives you confidence it won't fail when you're in the middle of a tough job. What really sets this tool apart is the two-point design that keeps it locked in place while you're working. No more heart-stopping moments where your tool slips off the control arm (we've all been there). The adjustable pulling arm is clutch for getting into different angles, especially on newer vehicles where space is tight. The only minor gripes I have are that the coating could be more durable - it started showing wear pretty quickly, and the tool can be a bit bulky to store. But honestly, these are pretty small complaints considering how well it performs its main job.If you do any suspension work at all, this belongs in your toolbox. Sure beats trying to separate ball joints with a pickle fork or struggling with a traditional puller that just doesn't have the right leverage. It can also be used for offlabel uses IMO.

Nice thick metal for lots of torque. Multi position connection for your breaker bar if you really need to crank on it! My lower control arms didn’t stand a chance. Was great to have for a big job I did on my kinds car!

The worst part about replacing ball joints is trying to get the lower control arm loose (and sometimes back in place). This tool makes it so much easier, especially if you pair it with a long breaker bar.Replacing the lower ball joints still isn't fun for a DIYer, but this makes the job go a lot faster. The part itself is a little rough, but it appears to be well made and heavy duty. It's a pry bar so I'm not too worried about the fit and finish. I also like the idea that it fits in a regular tool box. I've seen versions that are huge and require their own separate storage area. The price point on this is also pretty good for what you get.

I dislike having to remove control arms. They always seem to be stuck solid and take forever to hammer off (which usually is my go to method). The design is perfect in getting any control arm removed. Solid steel construction. Main problem is finding a ratchet that is strong enough to handle the torque required to drop the control arm. I recommend a solid 1/2 inch breaker bar.

- Item arrived in well packed box- Quality of prying tool material is very good and finished, it is really heavy duty tool, that two point force bearing does help prevent slippage during usage- It is easy enough to use, make sure you have 2' or 3' long breaker bar and gloves and have some ground clearance if you are DIY'ers- Overall it is very good product- Price is somewhat reasonable- Surely recommend product
