PROS: dimensions as described; harness included; quality construction, welds are solid and paint is even; easy to set up and use; sits level on the groundCONS: may be a little overpriced

Easy to set upVest is comfortable, and it is comfortable to drag with it.Recommend having space to use it, otherwise you will have to keep adjusting your path all of the time.

So excited for this! My husband and I both live the Knees Over Toes guy on YouTube and he recommends using a sled for his exercises. Walking backward while gently pulling sled strengthens and heals knees according to him... and we have had friends who swear by it.This sled is high quality and well made. Feels very solid but with no sharp edges... the metal is nicely smoothed on all the edges. So excited to start using this!

Great home solution for speed and strength training. Maybe not for a power lifter as it only holds 3 plates so no heavy rows or reverse walking. Built well, the main sled bars are once piece with the cross bars welded. One quality note, the carabiners are kind of cheesy. I had a heck of a time trying to get one locked in as the threads kept wanting to start crooked. I know that training gear is expensive but I had hoped for better quality on those for the money. However, carabiners are easy to find and once they’re on, they’ll likely stay on.

The sled is made well, and the welds are clean. It's finished in a flat textured paint although it arrived with some chipping on the back edge that exposes the bare metal to corrosion. I was expecting a heavier unit, but it still glides well on my grass with a 90lb load. The 1" holder extends above the 2" adapter and a quick measurement has it holding up to nine 2" plates, but those upper plates will be shifting around. The included shoulder harness and pull straps are made with single stitched thin webbing and the shoulder padding is also very thin, making it potentially uncomfortable for repeated use if you like to pull heavy bare chested. The harness also seems to be made for larger torsos as I was not able to sinch it up tightly on my 5'11 160 frame. Overall, I like it, and it functions well enough to get my thighs burning but maybe wait for a discount.

This is smaller than I thought It would be, only because I am used to the big ones at the gym. The size is actually perfect for my garage gym, it is small enough to store without being in the way and light enough to hang in the wall. It feels sturdy but I have Yet to max it out and see how it handles that. The cheat strap it comes with is big enough for big guys like me and should be strong enough for what I plan to put it through. The only thing I wish this had was a rope to pull it with. So it can be used for multiple function, but I can Always just get one of those. Overall the quality seems nice and should function well for a home gym.

My 16-year-old grandson would like to build body strength and get fitter and faster. He'd like to work out at home; he's uncomfortable going to a gym right now. I ordered this weight sled for him because it is a great exercise for people with any experience level, there is a low chance of injury, and sled pulling is suitable for someone recovering from an injury. This pull sled will help him build lower body strength, power, and size at home.
