This is not a super sophisticated, high-end espresso machine, but nor is it priced like one!It is significantly more compact and affordable than the big name brand machines, and it is ideal for someone wanting to try out having an espresso machine at home without spending an rent mortgage payment on it!There is a bit of a learning curve, but nothing too overwhelming. If you're the sort of person who is tempted to order coffee at St*rbucks every day, this will pay for itself QUICKLY!

We've been wanting an espresso machine for awhile, but we couldn't justify spending quite so much for the popular brand, and at the same time, we also didn't want one that was full size. This CoOptVal machine was the solution, and the size was perfect for our kitchen. I love that, at this size, it can perform and make just about everything that we ever wanted in terms of coffee crafting. There are so many features that we love, it's hard to pinpoint any one feature. We have been using this for about 3 months, and so far there haven't been any issues.

I have been using this espresso machine for a few months to get the full experience and have concluded that this is an excellent non business coffee shop machine for a regular household. It comes with almost everything you will need to get your coffee brewing with a very instructional pamphlet to know everything you need to know to get your machine working and trouble shooting. I have also learned that there is a bit of quirks to this machine in troubleshooting whether it be water extraction or heat related but as I said there is instructions about those known issues with this machine. As for the quality and brewing power its exceptional and easily and quickly brews or steams milk fast with minimal time. The pressure is also good but I highly doubt its 20 bar and would more likely believe its about 12-15 bar but I have no clue on how to fully test that. I haven't had any issues with lockup or (knock on wood) blowouts and hope to keep it that way. All in all this is a perfect family sized espresso machine for your home.

I’ve been using this coffee machine for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. It’s a great value for the price and performs just as well as some of the more expensive brands. I love that you can customize the extraction time and temperature—perfect for anyone who enjoys experimenting with their coffee.I did run into an issue once where the machine wouldn’t extract coffee, but the troubleshooting guide on the product page had me covered. Following the steps, I ran the hot water mode for a few seconds, and it was back to normal in no time. The guide is super detailed and made the whole process really easy.Overall, this machine has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It’s reliable, easy to use, and looks great.

I have been using the CoOptVal 20-Bar Professional Espresso Machine for almost a month and, for the most part, using it happily everyday. I have been hesitant to get an espresso machine as it seems complicated. After doing some "homework" with the user manual pdf on their listing, I can say that this machine is not that complicated and yet has customizations for temperature and dose. The instructions are a bit confusing, but after I read them in detail I got the machine to start making 203 degree espresso shots in seconds. From what I have learned, the taste for most espressos is in the grind and how well you tamp the grind. This comes with information on using 9grams for one shot and to use the included tamper. The tamper is plastic, but it does the job. It has a scoop on one end and tamper on the other. The machine also has a warmer section on top, but it doesn't get that hot at all and would not really call it a warmer. Perhaps this is a safety feature but I did not find the low temperature useful. The machine does a good job of brewing and I liked the taste. I did have trouble with it completely not working for some reason. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in their pdf user guide as well as unplugging it for a bit with no luck. I was about to return it but gave it one more try the next day and it started working again. It stopped working again about a week later and I let it sit for a day and it started working again. I also had trouble with the steamer because I forgot to put water in the tank and turned it on. It made a weird noise even after adding water and would not work. I let it sit for a day and it works now. Its been a week with no issues. I have never had an espresso machine so I dont have anything to compare it to, but this has been frustrating. I am very happy to have fresh espresso everyday though and can say that this does the job. I am hoping this holds up with no more issues though.
