Pro - Love the design and the ability to mix and match to make the kettlebell of your dreams. And it's solidly made. No risk of parts falling off during a workout.Con - The dumbbell attachment is too small to work with anything above 5 lb without straining your hands to grip it. And there's a lot of variance in the weight of each piece.

I am really liking this kettle bell. The adjustable weight is GREAT! I would have like 2 grips for dumb bells because there are two spaces but not a deal breaker. The weights are a good range and it feels to be quality made.

This is both a 25lb to 10lb adjustable kettlebell and an adjustable dumbbell. It is nice looking and feeling cast iron with a grippy rubber handle that is stored inside of the kettlebell. The adjustable weights spin and snap into both the kettlebell handle and the rubber dumbbell handle. It feels great so far and is a great option for somebody who wants both an adjustable dumbbell and kettlebell in one.

It has multi functions and works great. I love that I can change the weight in this and I can use this accordingly to my daily needs.

This kettlebell set is great for both beginner workouts and for those of us who like to lift heavier as well. My dad and I both use this since I’m able to add on weight as needed and he’s able to take off weight as needed.

Very interesting & functional kettlebell/dumbbell set! I'm all about the dual function stuff. Love that this kettlebell can not only break down and adjust in weight but also transform into a single dumbbell as well. That's "handy" if nothing else ;-)Overall look of the kettlebell is sleek and attractive. Stands fine vertically all on it's own. Doesn't require any type of base or stand to keep it from tipping over. All put together the weighting is balanced evenly between both sides. The handle on it is perfect for a single hand grip, a little tight for a dual hand. You can get about three fingers of each hand wrapped around it when using two, but that's it. A single hand can grab hold fully. Same for the interior hidden dumbbell handle. There are slots for two dumbbell handles to be stored inside the main kettlebell body, but the unit itself only comes with one.Adjustments are fairly easy (see picture of fingers pointing at tabs). There are two little metal tabs on each weight. Push those both down together, twist the weight and it comes off. Won't lie, the tabs are a little sharp and rough on the fingertips. The weights however are all smooth edged and slide without much catch or friction when changing the plates.Main base is 10 lbs with add-on adjustment plates of 5 lbs and 2.5 lbs. All put together, the whole thing weighs in at roughly 25 lbs and feels accurate. Weight plates don't shift or shake with movement. All in all, it's a solid piece with a decent amount of variation for exercises. I am rather impressed!

These are so handy! If you live in a small space and would rather work out from home than go to a gym this is IT! I love that it’s multi purpose. Great addition to my home gym!
