I ordered this with VERY high hopes. Maybe that was why I was so disappointed in this product. It heated up quick, but the hose connector was broken and only the machine heated up and built up pressure and steam inside the machine. It got too hot to pickup at that point. No steam came out of the nozzle.The directions that came with it were a bit sketchy. It reminded me of a knockoff from Wish.The seller was quick to give a refund, that was a plus.

Buyer beware. This is a piece of junk. When I sent it back they said it had been used. No where in my house would accommodate the stupid plug. Very sneaky to get rid of your junk. If you want to buy an adapter for $16 -20 go ahead a be a sucker like me. I am getting increasingly disappointed with Amazon .I Have been a customer for years. But am increasingly turning to WalMart for my purchases. I would give it a minus 10 if that was an option!

Ordered after seeing so many on tiktok. It’s just okay. Doesn’t necessarily clean everything those videos show. My magic eraser does a better job.
