I bought it and used it 4 times then under pressure it would start leaking from the connection and there is nothing broken or cracked. I am not able to use it .

I love this little machine. I purchased it to be able to clean air conditioner evaporators without using chemicals, and it does the job very well.The steam it produces is not as hot as advertised (measured with the brass threaded connector on the handle). The maximum temperature I was able to measure was around 89 degrees.The handle gets too hot, you may need to wear glovesIt cleans floor grout very well, but it is time consuming because it is a small capacity unit.With all its flaws, I love it.

This worked great to get the grime in corners! I also used it to help with the stove hood filter. Took a lot of the hard scrubbing away. You will need to still get in there and wipe the crud away, but this made that task a lot easier.

Took out of package and put together super easy. We had a stain in bathroom on ceramic floor that nothing we tried would take off . The steamer took it off easily. I also got the baked on stains off the oven door glass. My only complaint is it does put out a little more water with the steam. I know it’s a low budget brand but it did what I needed it to do

I absolutely loved the steamer for about the first week. The cleaning ability was awesome and it seemed really easy to use. The water tank is pretty small so it does have to be filled quite often but The bigger issue is that after less than 2 weeks the water did not steam out any longer. It just came out in a long stream. Within the first two weeks, major issues and the steam eventually stopped all together.Overall really disappointing, I talked to my husband into spending more money for a nicer one so that we didn't have any issues and it was broke within a month.

The attachments fall off while I’m using it. Maybe I am doing something wrong.However, it heats up almost immediately and is very powerful. I would give it a 5 star if the attachments would stay on.

Efficace pour la douche et pièces hotte de cuisinière .Bouton on off seulement sur appareil devient très chaud . Attention lorsque mis a on mettre la buse dans le lavabo car le temps de chauffer ça prends quelques secondes avant qu’il distribue la vapeur
