These were total waste of time and money for me. I think the idea is there but executions is useless.

Works great for Argentinian empanadas they just come out a little smaller then normal, easy to wash it all off and super easy to use if you are making the dough yourself!!!

So the description said I would get 2 of the item, only received one. It broke on the first dumpling. Waste of money.

Simple to use. My first item came damaged so I returned it as the hinge was broken. Next one was perfect and easy to use. Makes small portions which are great for appetizers. Usually a 3 ingredient mix for the dough and then fill with what you please. The secret family ingredients it where one nosh sets itself apart from the other. I like to use the air fryer. The size of these makes it very easy to put them in the air fryer, so from dough to air fryer to eat is less than an hour.

This dumpling maker worked really well for us. Wife likes to make dumplings and empanadas and this little gadget worked really well to flatten out the dough and make a perfect wrapped dumpling. To ensure you get a tight fitted dumpling make sure the gadget is on a level table that is non-slipping and you should be good to go.The machine is easy to wash in the sink and ready for the next use. Hope it lasts a good long time.

I make homemade pasta. Mostly spaghetti and fettuccini so far, but there is no reason that I can't make pasta to make my own empanadas, dumplings, mini fruit pies... many other things that are basically pasta with a filling! Take ravioli for example. Make up the filling, (meat, cheese, whatever), put a small piece of dough in the press part, put a bit of filling in the middle, then press 2 sides together on the other end of the dumpling maker. Cook them, top them with your favorite sauce. Same process for a lot of other goodies, the only difference will be the filling you make and/or the topping you use.
