This is a pack of 2 Bourns 500K audio-taper potentiometers, perfect for use as volume controls in guitars, cigar box guitars, and more. These pots include a washer and nut for mounting. These are high-quality pots that will last a very long time, and they have a nice firm turning torque, not like those cheap pots that turn very easily. On a guitar, you want a pot with some torque to the turn, so that you don't drastically change your volume every time the knob gets bumped. See specifications below for more detailed information. I got two packs, 4 total controls, one was faulty, 3 are fine

Good feel on the rotation resistance (not too soft or hard). They do have varying resistance, but in my case that was not an issue. They are also on the bigger side, so mind that when you are ordering them.

These pots are very smooth with no cracking or noise. They were shipped very quickly. The threading was a little shorter than I had anticipated, but they still worked for my project.

Make sure you buy ones with the right amount of threads. These are for guitars with a pickguard.
