Hasn’t let me down yet , just don’t drop the cap bc it will dent and make sure to wrap a rubber bend or something on it so it doesn’t slip out of pockets when u sit down.

Arrived in a padded envelope but no damage to the contents.These tubes are shockingly heavy for their size. I think they're solid brass.They are beautifully machined and look fantastic.They include a gasket at the screw threads.The screw threads are cut well and work well.Although the length might be about right for toothpicks, the diameter of the tube is a lot more than I was expecting. My rough measurements are about 3.5 inches long and 9/16 inches wide overall.These would be fantastic for carrying medications, but I think they are a bit much for toothpicks, unless you need to carry a few dozen with you.I'm still giving these containers five stars for the value even though I probably won't use them for toothpicks as I had originally intended.

I purchased this toothpick holder to replace a wooden one that split open after only a few weeks use.I was surprised at the heft of this brass holder, if definitely feels solid, like its milled from a solid piece of brass. I have no doubt that this will last me forever- so long as i can keep from losing it!Definitely worth the purchase price.

Received my brass toothpick holders today and I am every pleased! Very sturdy and well machined. Very nice heft in the hand as well; course threaded to minimize cross threading, with a rubber gasket.To be clear - when they advertise "two pieces" they don't mean the tube and the cap. I received two of these wonderful holders. A real bargain and great just to have on the desk as well as one in my pocket from now on.

These exceeded my expectations by a mile. I They’re heavy & very substantial feeling. Very well machined so there’s no crunchy feeling when screwing and unscrewing the cap. Holds 20 toothpicks, no problem. Very nice!!!
