I like the build of it. Quality design. The stroke of the handle is very short so you have to pump the handle quite rapidly to get a decent amount sifted. It handles powdered sugar and flour fine. Not finely grounded almond flour. Also have to keep slapping it to get powder on the grate. I went back to my large sifter.

Pros:- Features a double-layer fine mesh design, effectively sifting flour and powdered sugar to remove lumps and impurities.- Equipped with a one-hand press crank, making it easy and convenient to operate with minimal effort.- Ideal for baking purposes, ensuring smooth and evenly textured baked goods.- Can also be used for powdered sugar dusting, providing a uniform coating on desserts and pastries.- Compact size and ergonomic design make it easy to store and use in the kitchen.Cons:- Limited to sifting smaller quantities of flour or powdered sugar due to its 3-cup capacity-which is much smaller than you may realise.- Some may find the crank mechanism less efficient or slower compared to rotary-style sifters.- Stainless steel construction may make it heavier than sifters made from plastic- The fine mesh can become clogged with finer powders, requiring more frequent cleaning.

This is the best sifter I've ever had. Some recipes call for sifting ingredients and this works like a charm. I've had sifters that didn't actually sift. I would recommend this one.

This sifter holds a lot, and it's easy on the hands. Much more comfortable to use than the sifter it replaced.

This is not a fine mesh double strainer as the title indicates. It's single layered and the spaces in the mesh are so huge they can let larger particle sift through. Don't call your product fine double mesh when it's not. Such a waste of time and now I need to reorder another manufacturer.
