I got these guitar pick cases so that my picks would be easier to find in my gig bags. They seem fine for that purpose. The compartments are a bit small, standard sized guitar picks just barely fit. The lids seem a bit flimsy so I don't know how long they will last, but for what I need, that's ok.

Cheap and small compartments pretty much sums these up, the boxes are cheap plastic and the individual compartments barely fit one guitar pick and in some cases none at all, they need to be a bit larger and the locking tabs are pretty fragile, look elsewhere for pick storage.
