This is an absolute must have for us in Maryland. With the weather going back and forth between spring-ish and then back to winter, the animals are getting confused too. Our neighbor already saw one snake, and that was enough for me to start preparing. I like this type of repellant because it's easier to see where it's been applied. I also find comfort in knowing when I put it along the fenceline, my dogs are safe.

It is probably a little early in the season to know if these do the job but seeing one snake is one too many for me! We have a lot of foliage behind the house and I do not want any creepy crawlies coming into the yard where our grandkids play. These have been spread out all along the treeline with fingers crossed snakes do NOT cross!

Not sure these will work, but I'm willing to give them a try. It's still pretty cold outside, so no snakes at the moment. I will definitely be tossing these around when Spring and Summer arrives. If they work, I will definitely be ordering more.

Got this 12 pack for what seemed like a good price compared to others. I have a poor sense of smell but could smell these as soon as the shrink wrap came off the box. Hopefully any snakes will pick up their scent before getting close to my fence/yard. I put them in the little cloth bags but just tossed them on the ground along the edge of the fence instead of actually hanging them. Think the bags probably help them last longer especially when it rains so they don't dissolve as fast. So for so good, haven't seen any snakes since they've been out.

We've seen an increase in snakes in our neighborhood this year, but so far, we haven't had any in our yard. We placed them around the perimeter of our yard and gates.

Placed these around my yard, and so far, no snake sightings. The mint scent is strong but not overwhelming. Time will tell how long they last.

I've got a hobby farm that backs up to a wildlife area with a lot of lowland. I'm averaging seeing a snake once or twice a year the past few years and I would really prefer not to see them! I'm hoping spreading a few of these around will persuade them to stay on their side of the property line and I'll keep to mine. The smell isn't too bad, but here's hoping they don't like it. It's still winter so will have to wait a few months before I'll be able to put them out and see how well they work. I'll update the review then.
