Instructions missing for several patterns. Patterns present, their drawn pattern pictures were very poor so hard to follow. Also pages in book missing. Not a book for beginners. The only reason I kept the book is that it had the pattern I've been looking for for over a year. Felt the price was high

As a new Swedish weaver I did like this book for its clear and concise instructions. I consider it to be an excellent reference book and I'm glad I own it. I do like a few of the patterns and I'm looking forward to starting them. However, I find nothing exciting about most of the patterns.

My favorite pattern book --- and I have a lot. I immediately started a baby afghan with Ribbons 'n' Lace and it's beautiful....and easy!

This is a project after I saw another person doing it. This is a great pattern book and have completed 4 lap blankets and enjoyed every minute. If you like a fun hobby, this pattern book is for you.

I had seen so many completed projects on Facebook using patterns from this book, that I wanted to order it for my collection. It is a great book with lots of challenging patterns.

If you like producing unique gift items, swedish weaving is a must for you. Easy to learn but the results are awesome. I've use solid colored yarn and varigated yarn. Each type creates a different look. The books produced by Avery Hill are easy to read and use.
