Product was very messy and when used it penetrated the paper and made a mess on the table. Lucky the table had a covering or it would have permanently stained the table.

I bought this dinner for Bingo but it has also come in handy for stamping hands for entry to a private party etc. It does not glow but is a neon orange and I like it
