I put this together all by myself. The most challenging was getting the canopy together but that wasn’t terrible - just would’ve been easier with another pair of hands. The cushions are comfy and thick enough. They are water proof/ resistant so a bit slippery but thickness is great. As a whole I love this swing!

This is a beautiful looking swing that we purchased in the burgundy color. The instructions were easy to follow as everything was clearly labeled and all the parts were included. The only problem we had was that 2 of the 3 cushions were defected as they would not expand once removed from the plastic cover. We contacted customer service who was amazing. They always responded back in a timely manner and was more than happy to assist us. They quickly resolved this issue by sending us 2 replacement cushions that did expand completely. We would not hesitate for a minute from purchasing from this company in the future. Thank you so much as we do love this swing.

I assembled it myself in 3 hours (girl 5'3 110lb). good instructions. the swing takes 3 positions, the cushion covers can be removed for washing. love love love

We mostly ordered this for the hard top roof and the lay flat feature. Took us a few hours to put together. After we put it together we played. It down and the too hooks that hook of to the bar.to keep the seats.steady broke immediately. Then to lay the seat back there are two bars you have to unlatch on both sides and they are a pain in the butt. Like I said not the best.

The construction of all the metal is great but be aware that operating your drink table is not a single hand operation and nor is tilting your shade a single person operation as indicated in the ad videos.The instructions were easy to start with but in the latter part it was not easy to understand. We are engineers and still had difficulty interpreting the diagram.The cushions were the most disappointing as they feel like rexene or plastic material where it makes tgat plasticky sound when you sit on it. Do not like the feel of it at all.

swing was ok but shipping was bad, the threw the box on the stairs and it rain, the other box was missing, they sent it after sometime, it was meant to be a present, but went south due to this, installed the swing was not able to follow the manuels provided as it was confusing.

Upon receiving this item, I had noticed the package was damaged, contacted the seller and sent pictures of damaged parts. Seller sent replacement parts and a partial refund. Seller was very easy to work with about this issue. P.S. FedEx is the worst!!!!!!

This swing feels very sturdy and was easy to setup by 2 people with step by step instructions.Feel like I will be using this for a long time.Only complaint is that I thought the roof top will be some good material, but it feel like a plastic and not sure how long it will last in the harsh weather outdoors, but time will tell.Giving 4 stars for the roof, otherwise, it's good.
