I have a very smart 5 year old I actually had to keep out of my chinchilla cage. Because he’s older I needed a lock that had a password on it! This was super easy to use. Worked great for what I needed it for! It withheld me also pulling on it and a bunch of things I tried to do with it to make sure he could not get it off. Yes it’s plastic but it does not break easy! Code is easy to set also!

These are plastic, maybe good for keeping kids or pets away but not much else

Not the most secure, but they work well. I was looking for a deterrent for my wife's second grade class cabinet doors. Setting the combinations were easy. I bought two sets.
