It fit exactly like the old one on my Heat n Glo fireplace. Started on first try after installing. My only complaint is that the pilot flame is more intense causing it to almost whistle. Not super loud but it’s noticeable near the fireplace.

It should have been an exact fit based on part numbers. But a few connections were different. I cleaned up the old one and got it working again. Returned this one with no problem

Don't waste your money, the thermocouple is taking forever to be heated, if you remove your hand from the pilot knob it will off.The thermopile is working fine and allows the gas valve to open.

This pilot assembly for my Heatalator propane fireplace was a perfect fit. The quality of the product is very good. Installation was a little difficult but only because there is very little room to work with under the firebox.
