Installation Steps:
- Place your insert into its associated hole.
- Take your heated soldering iron, place it in the middle of the insert and apply a small amount of pressure.
- As the insert starts heating up you'll see it sink into the hole.
- Once the insert looks to be flush with the part surface,use your tool knife to trim away any extra material.

Everyone with a 3D printer should have these on hand; turn simple printed projects into something more with these inserts. Easily installed with a soldering iron. The only downside tho this pack is the limited amount of M3 inserts; but it does include a pretty large variation of very common sizes making it easy to use in both small and large projects.

This heat set assortment is perfect to have around for projects. You never know what size you might need so its great to have many sizes to choose from. They work great in PLA. That is what I tested so far. I have used these type of inserts in many other plastics before and you cant beat it. It adds strength and ease of use to your projects.
