Functional waste basket however for the price I Had hoped that the top would swivel easier. It tends to not swing back in place and needs to be pushed back by hand. Otherwise, It's o k.

I really love this. I have it in my family room and wanted something with a lid to make sure my dogs don't have easy access. I agree with other reviews that I wish there was a better way to hide the bag inside but other than that it is a perfect size and is much more pleasant to look at than the previous trash can I had. I think it would make a great trash can in bathrooms as well.

I never write reviews, but this trash can is so great. You wouldn't think it would be a hard thing to find, but every other bathroom trash can seemed to have an issue with it. This one has no imperfection. It is made of very sturdy plastic, and it's cute. But the best thing about it is its lid. The swing top is perfectly balanced so that when you put the trash in, it snaps back to closed position on the first flap. The lid also has a one-inch lip so that the top won't get accidentally knocked off. Compared to a round or elongated trash, this fits much better on the side of the toilet. I am so happy with my new "European Paper Barrel!"

(*updated Apr 1, 2021: After 3years proof that my 1st can purchase for bathroom was awesome, I ordered again for the living room under my desk. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition in a great baby blue color.)Back again to buy another can for a second bathroom after using the first for 3 years so far. Nothing lasts 3 years anymore, but this does. Super easy to wipe clean and I still buy the rolls of bags with the same company name. Love this trash can - so glad I purchased it. I was looking for the mint green but the blue will be just as nice. This would work under a desk nicely as well. It cleans up super easy and the lid has never broken or been a nuisance like many other can lids.Though it's gone from $16 to $21 in only three years, the value for money is still excellent.

Love the design and the colors. It is almost too nice to use it for what I purchased it for. Dog poo bags.. The lid firs well. It even came with a roll of bags and a Thank You card. These little things set sellers apart. I likely will buy a couple more or buy something else for the dog poo. I want the pink one for my shabby chic bedroom and the blue one for the laundry room. I may put this green one in the half bath as it matches well and like it better than the stainless steal one with the foot pedal that is in there now. I would just use that for this ones intended purpose but the stainless steal rusts! Even in a half bath that doesn't have a shower. These are just perfect for a place you need a little garbage can!

I never knew it was possible for a trash bin to be so cute! The shiny powder blue color goes well with the myriad of blues and browns that I chose for my bathroom accessories (shower curtain, rugs, etc). The little saying on the front is really cute and well-designed. This bin is also the perfect size for a bathroom/desk bin, and the rotating top functions excellently and keeps things covered and sanitary. The white trim around the top and bottom of the bin make it look even more elegant!And if anyone is wondering, I bought the Nicesh Flattop Trash Bags (120 Coung/roll, 5 Gal) bags to go along with my new trashbin. They fit perfectly, and the blue color matches the bin very nicely.
