I ordered the replacement for a worn unit on my 2005 Saab 9-3 Linear, and it worked great. There was plenty of length in the wires, which made it easy to splice into the factory harness. However, the colors of the four individual wires may vary slightly from the originals, so be careful when cutting away the old plug to ensure you splice into the correct wire. I cut and spliced one wire at a time, which made the process very straightforward. Overall, it worked really well.
