I have purchased a number of aluminum extrusions to support my many hobbies. These structures are the Lego building blocks for adults. The PENGLONG parts follow the standard dimensions for a 20mm x 20mm aluminum extrusions. The finish passes the visual inspection, and the material passes the tool steel scratch test. The parts laid on my granite counter are completely flat with no indication of warping. These are well made, and I look forward to putting them to work!

I received 4pcs of 500mm T Slot 2020 black Aluminum Extrusions today and am happy to say the quality is just as good as others out there on Amazon. I've obtained many different ones over the last couple of years for projects. One batch was so badly coated (couldn't even call it anodized) in black that it came off with a simple scratch or bump.The batch I received did not scratch off like others I mentioned. The anodized black isn't super deep but adequate for most projects. These are nice and straight- well formed extrusions imho.I have several projects where these are used. The asking price for these is another plus- right in line with others on Amazon. Recommended for projects.

This is a standard 2020 T slot type extrusion.(Take note, it is not a V-groove)It seems to be of good quality - the pieces are straight, the dimensions appear correct, no burrs on the end cuts.I got the ones with the black finish, and the finish is clean, and was packaged nicely to prevent shipping related damage to the finishes.I've been using these types of 2020 extrusions for many different projects, these fit in nicely with the other pieces I have.

All four 500mm t-slot extrusions were cut perfectly square and exactly at 500mm, which is important since I needed these to add to a frame for a project that I'm working that uses corner cubes and wouldn't fit with the rest of the project without these being spot-on. The profile itself is flat and straight, I have engineered marble all in my kitchen and I assemble frames there to ensure they're flat and square. No complaints, though you need to pay attention to the center hole size depending on what you're working on. If you need to tap for m5, these holes are just a tad too bit, but they're perfect for tapping for m6. Corner cubes usually come with both sizes hardware so you should be able to mix and match or just use all these.

I use aluminum extrusions like this for small mechatronics projects. I'm currently building some brackets for some telescope accessories and needed some medium length 20/20 extrusion.This aluminum extrusion (20 mm, about 3/4") seems well made. It's square, and was straight over the 500 mm length. The material is thick enough that the rails don't easily bend. The t-nuts I had available fit easily in the channel, so assembling the pieces together should be easy.All in all, these seem like a good product.

I used extruded aluminum rails to build out my camper van last year and now whenever I’m trying to figure out how to diy something I consider the option of using rails. Recently I needed to install a wall easel for my painting habit and I immediately knew that extruded aluminum was the perfect media to do it. I put four T-tracks on the wall and then created cross-beams with these 500mm rails as the canvas rests. I’m so pleased with how it all turned out and the best part is that I can change the configuration endless as my canvas sizes increase.
