I don't have a Starlink cable but I was just looking for something I could thread an electrical cord thru a hole in our outdoor shed. I was in a conundrum because of the size of the plug on the cord, so I had to drill the hole a little larger to get the plug thru the wall. Then I had to figure out how to plug the hole to keep out the wind rain, and bugs. I was just using duct tape but when I saw this rubber cable grommet I thought I could MacGyver it to make it work and voila... It works! I just placed the cord thru the slit in the grommet and stuck it in the hole in the wall. It works perfectly.
