I buy these to desolder them anyways to use as connectors but occasionally use one as an adapter, the deans side fits perfect into some other deans but sometimes you have to muscle it in and out. I would use this for something you don’t need to connect and disconnect too often as I think the tight fit can cause you to break the solder joints over time
