This is a very nice set of sparring gear - the gloves, shin guards and shoes are excellent, perfect for Karate and true to size. I also love the red color which stays nicer and cleaner looking than the usual white sparring gear.The set loses some points as the head gear is both a bit uncomfortable as well as very difficult to get on an off with a Velcro tightening system.For the price, compared to some of the gear out there this is a good set and can be used as a primary set or as a backup. The head gear may work better for others but not for me.
