These foam pouches were just the right size & thickness for packing my various bar items & stemware in glassware boxes. Keep in mind glassware boxes have individual compartments to protect glassware from moving around, so the foam gives added protection. For the stemware & other glass items that are to be packed regular box, they would still need to be individually wrapped with packing paper in addition to the foam. However, you would be saving on the amount of packing paper typically need to protect your item.
