These have been great for portioning nail polish thinner, I used to use too much with normal sized pipettes.

The first time I saw these was at a friend's graduation party. A family friend made several different types of cupcakes - all of which were extremely impressive and delicious - and a couple flavors had these little droppers of liquor which were injected into the cupcake before eating. The Bananas Foster cupcakes with droppers of rum were sinful! I can't wait for an occasion to use these, as they fit well with my tendency to be 'extra', haha. I'm thinking Chocolate Cherries Jubilee and, of course, those Bananas Foster cupcakes.I did test one for good measure, filling it with rum and standing it upright in a piece of cake. I then left it for a few hours to see if the rum would dribble out. The first test didn't perform so well, as the cake seemed to soak the rum out, leading to most of the liquid being drawn out. I did another test, this time inserting it into some icing. That seemed to be the trick, as the rum stayed contained for the duration of the test. So, be advised, if you have trouble keeping the liquor from leaking out, try to avoid inserting the tip into cake/bread/etc.
