These work just fine but you can't adjust the angle easily or expect it to stay if you want to point the spray a particular direction.

These do not fit typical quarter inch piping you would get at any store. Vinyl quarter inch might work but in most cases we're dealing with PE pipe and it definitely does not fit PE pipe

For a few pots or plants, these are fine, but they are not pressure compensated, meaning that if you're irrigating more than 5-6 plants, any adjustment you do on one affects all the others. Also, at slow drip rates, they reset to zero when the system shuts down, so you'll have to dial them in by hand every time they're switched on again. At higher rates (6 gal/hr or higher), they work fine. In my situation, they were not effective. I have a complicated system with fruit trees, requiring more water, and smaller potted plants that need less. These emitters were a disaster. If you're building a system with variable drip rates based on plant size, these are a poor choice. Pressure Compensated emitters deliver a specific amount of water, and keep the pressure in your system constant so adding more or dropping a few emitters won't affect the water delivered to each plant. For larger trees, I use 4 gal/min every other day for larger trees, 2 for smaller trees and 1/2 to 1 for smaller plants and shrubs (this is not a recommendation, and you'll need to decide how long and how often to water your own plants. It works for me.)

After wasting a fortune on emitters from Lowes that proved to be terrible, I stumbled upon these at a fantastic price for the quantity they offered. Skeptical but hopeful, I decided to give them a try. To my delight, I was thoroughly impressed! They worked so well that I couldn't resist buying more and replacing all my garden/yard emitters with these. What I love most is how easy they are to install and remove. It's a breeze to pop them in or out whenever adjustments are needed. While there were a couple of duds among the 100 I purchased, it's a far better success rate compared to the ones I got from Lowes, where nearly half were faulty. An added bonus is their precise watering capabilities, as they ensure my plants are neither overwatered nor underwatered. This has significantly improved the health of my plants and the overall efficiency of my gardening. If you're looking for reliable emitters that won't break the bank, I highly recommend giving these a shot!

Installed nearly 250 of these in garden. Like adjustable. Dislike difficulty trying to pressonto small flexible tubing and getting blisters for that many. Would recommend for anyone looking to save time.
