These PEX straight shutoff valves are well made and work as intended. The one end is threaded, which is where you will connect your water supply line. The other end is where you’ll connect it to the PEX piping with compression fittings. Once all of your connections are made the shutoff valve can easily be turned on or off, with little to no effort whatsoever. I have not had any issues whatsoever, all of my points of connection are tight and I am completely leak free.

These are good quality valves. They worked out perfectly for what we needed. We have had no leaks in the months since they were installed and there were no problems with the installation.

These stop valves cost about half the price of the same type of valves at the local home center. The finish on the valves looks good, the valves turn smoothly, and they all appear to be well made. Excellent value.

I'm plumbing out a camper van using pex-a expansion tubing. The problem comes when you need to connect a sink as they all use 3/8 compression fittings and you need a valve to go between the pex and the sink fittings. Just try to find one of those at your local hardware store. Pex-a is great stuff but it can be hard to find the fittings, even the big box stores only have limited assortments and the prices can be high. These will solve the problem at a much more reasonable price.

For the cost of a single shutoff valve at a store, you can do a full bathroom worth of shutoffs with these. Key is to make sure you are using the right PEX type, I have seen some listed as crimp, but then also listed as compatible with pex-A which uses a different type of expansion fitting.

I'm satisfied with this purchase. The price is right and I think they'll last. The valve body itself is made of chromed metal, steel probably. The action is smooth from open to close. They have a quality feel overall. My only complaint is that the handle is plastic. It will probably work fine but I just have a bias against it. You can see it clearly in the last photo. If the plastic breaks, you can put a metal handle on it but I"d rather have metal in the first place.I think these are a good quality/price product. The price is quite low.

If you are remodeling or doing new construction in your kitchen or bathroom these straight stop will work great. These are for a PEX connection on the inlet side and on the outlet it is for 3/8' fittings. These angle stops come with the nut and a brass ferrule for use with 3/8" plastic or copper tubing. But almost all plumbing fixtures today are connected to the water supply line with a 3/8" flexible hose. The valve is smooth to turn, quality is great, it is chrome plated brass, and has a large chrome plated cast metal handle making it very easy to turn. The cost is about half the cost compared to a big box store.I am very happy with this and it compares favorably with the big brands. I recommend these HeSun Pex straight stop valves.
