Solid and thick metal ring connectors on each end and quality wire insulation. I pre-heated the cable, and shaped to required curve to fit, prior to installation. Rated for a 100 A BMS, know your system voltage, do not use on 200 A BMS batteries.

I replaced a set of 6 gauge wires on my power inverter and now they never even heat up like the old ones. Much more efficient for high amp loads, highly recommended.

When I bought these I didn't plan on using the terminal lug (rings) that were supplied, I just wanted the cable because I planned on installing a quick disconnect connector on one end and completely different size terminal rings on the other ends, so I cut the ones off that came with the cables.I found that on the inside the copper looked to be really pretty good, very fine MASSIVE number of strands, the actual wire (cable) itself would be VERY flexible (much more so) if the cable had a higher quality jacket on it, but I can see that if the cable had a silicone premium jacket it would also raise the price of the cable. What's on the cable is some type of PVC/plastic that make the cable somewhat stiffer than say a premium Silicone Jacketed Welding Cable.I will say that for a crimped on terminal rings (not soldered) they they seemed pretty darn tight. Some reviews state that the terminal rings are "well sealed" (???) I will say this, they are dressed up pretty nice with heat shrink, BUT! its just the basic heat shrink not the Glue Lined marine grade 3:1 heat shrink, so they're Not Sealed and if they're used in Lead Acid battery compartment the ends are NOT SEALED so expect corrosion to happen if not regularly inspected and cleaned and service.I gave them a 4 star rating for the copper used in the cable, if I was to have used them as is I would have probably gave them a 3 star rating.
