I can't believe how much you get for the price here. On top of that, the quality of what you get appears to be quite high. I have no formal training, never taken a kickboxing class or formal martial arts training, so I have nothing to compare this against, but I do have experience in manufacturing and can tell these folks pay attention to their quality. The bag itself is very heavy duty vinyl, the hanging straps appear to be the same heavy duty seat belt material seen in cars. The included hanging hardware is made of painted steel and heavy lag bolts (plus drywall anchors, though this should probably be hanged from a ceiling joist or similar. There's also a steel loop on the bottom, I assume for attacking a weight or to secure it to the floor or something.The bag and hanging hardware itself would have been worth what I paid but that's just the beginning. Also included are knee sleeves, wrist wraps, a phone case that straps around the bag, and even my own pair of boxing gloves! It also includes a jump rope that's higher quality than anything I had in high school, and even this fun little training ball on a string with a headband (be careful if you're a beginner like me, the ball can (and will!) come back and hit you in the face if you aren't careful lol. All part of the fun!I am blown away by the quality and value of this kit. I would not hesitate to purchase this again. What you get for the money simply can't be beat.One final note - the 6 foot bag becomes is closer to 6.5 feet once it's attached to the ceiling. Be sure your ceiling is actually tall enough! I have 7 foot ceilings in my basement and the filled bag hangs only about 6 inches off the floor.

Finally filled it after gathering soooo many clothes and it ripped during the second workout. One heel kick and you would have thought I sliced it with a katana. You would think a muy thai bag could handle some devastating kicks but it couldn’t. Unfortunately it took me too long to get filled and hang to get a refund started but I wanted to warn everyone else. Get a better quality bag because this one is crap.

This set is awesome! The punching bag is sturdy and can handle tough workouts, and the gloves are super comfy and well-padded, so no sore hands after a session. The reflex ball is actually really fun for working on speed and timing, and the jump rope is perfect for a quick cardio warm-up. I didn’t think I’d need a phone holder, but it's surprisingly handy for following along with workout videos. Overall, it’s a great set with everything you need for training at home. Definitely worth it!

I love that there is so much equipment that comes along with the bag: if you are looking to get into kickboxing workouts and have nothing this is a great package to get started. You get a jump rope, gloves, and a few other items to get you going. The bag does come unfilled but that makes it super easy to set up whatever you like. The design and markings on the bag are also super cool. Not monotone and boring like a lot of standard bags. It does get pretty heavy after filling it with 6 ft of sand but it feels like it will last forever. I have a habit of tearing through kicking bags and this one feels like it will hold up.It also comes with a phone case which makes training with video/audio super easy for anyone following a workout or multitasking with family.Great way to blow off some steam and get those extra practice hours in.10/10
