These really aren’t pry bars, don’t try to seriously pry things with these like you could with a Snap-On pocket prybar, but they are great for removing Orings, and opening boxes… basically like any other pocket screwdriver… but not as strong as a Snap-on pocket prybar no where near as strong, this’ll snap in a second… also there wasn’t magnets on mine, idk if that’s an option but mine didn’t have any magnets.

Use for starting the removal of difficult to remove "Clips" that hold splash shields on bottom of Nissan, Honda, Toyota and many others. Some tools work but there are always some fasteners that do not want to be removed so this tool will allow you to get the start on tough to remove ones or keep you from "butchering" some as i have done. I wish I had these for my first oil change. They worked fine for my second oil change. A great gift for anyone who does their own oil and filter changes on low to the ground autos like Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Subaru and many others. This alone with a dedicated clip removal tool will make removal of the splash shield easy. No need to butcher the fasteners or buy replacement ones. There are usually at least two types of splash shield fasteners. One is shorter that the other. I have two "Low" profile cans that I keep them separate. You just have to remember where the longer ones go. Usually longer ones go to thicker splash shields near the front of engine or near front wheel wells.

These are a must-have for any toolbox or shirt pocket. Perhaps even better than a pocket screwdriver. The tip is finer and thinner than a pocket screwdriver and can get into things easier. Only way they could be any better in my book is if they were slightly longer.

use these everyday as a truck mechanic, so far holding up well, comparable to the tool truck offerings, better value actually, since it’s so easy to misplace these little guys it doesn’t hurt the wallet as much, would recommend this product!update Sept 19 2024 - only one left since i have lost all the others. they all held up very well and take abuse, for the value these can’t be beat!
