Ladder is good very light weight. I ordered it in white and they sent me a brown one. I had someone build it and by the time I got home we realized it was the wrong color but didn’t want to take it apart.

While I was thrilled to have the side legs already assembled, the pre-drilled holes for the horizontal pieces didn’t line up. We had already put in all the work & effort to put together, we decided not to return the product. But I wanted to make other aware, and th check the product before putting in too much time & energy.

It went together easily enough but for a towel rack it won't hold up. Maybe for blankets as decoration but even then the stain will rub off on anything white or light colored. The hinges that allow it to fit in a smaller box wobble quite a bit, so much so I had to make some braces to put on the back. If it didn't take so much work to take it back apart I would return it. Waste of money. The manufacturer has contacted us and we have been very happy with their response and would not hesitate to do business with them again. For that reason I have upped my rating to a 4.

I was very excited to get this but honestly feel pretty disappointed. It was really frustrating to put this together and does not feel as sturdy as I was expecting. The finish on it is strange as well. It was coming off in some places and I'm a bit afraid it's going to end up staining my blankets. I expected better and definitely wouldn't recommend.
