I cold smoke my own salmon lox I slice them put them on these beautiful boards and vacuum packed them gave them to family and friends they thought I spent a ton of money absolutely perfect makes for great packaging for salmon smoked or lox

These boards get soft and delaminate if your product has any moisture in it like say...salmon?
