Before my Oil temp would be 15-25 degrees higher than my coolant did a flush and evened them out and every now and then it’ll be a 12 degree difference. Definitely would recommend before doing a new oil cooler.

Thank you so very much for shipping it so fast. I had an oil cooler blow out. Forcing oil into coolant. Install was very easy and quick. Was able to flush the new oil cooler and cooling systems out. I’m going to leave it hooked up for the time being. Going to flush the system out with Cascade dishwashing powder. Running the engine for 1 hour. Let it sit and soak for 24 hours. Flush with fresh water and then drain. Add powder and water. Run for an hour and let it sit. I have done this on gas and diesel engines from a small gas engine to a big cat diesel engine. Thank you so much for a great and Quality product. Very fast shipping will do business again. I rebuild power stroke engines all the time. Will be putting these on every power stroke engine rebuild

Fast shipping, it was a perfect fit on my 2003 f250 6.0 diesel. My oil cooler had a lot of debris and fine particles this got my deltas back to normal ranges. I'll definitely be using it every 50k to 60k. Well made product definitely 5 star!

Had to add a bit of grease to the larger o-ring to keep it in place, but worked great.

A warning should be included with the item to remove it after use. Item fit perfect and allowed me to flush my oil cooler. The flush cap is very hard to install without removing half the top of the engine, but it can be done. Tired and not wanting to go through the hassle of putting the old one back on, I left it on the vehicle. Big Mistake!!!! It looked just like the OEM Part but it's not. I did not realize that in its design it blocks off the EGR Cooler. 100 miles down the road I blew both head gaskets on a truck with only 45000 miles. Luckily, I compared the two parts when putting the engine back together and realized the difference and put the original part back on. Good device that does the job of flushing the oil cooler. Just be sure to remove it as soon as you have finished flushing the oil cooler.
