Sour gear is sturdier but heavier for the traxxas rustler vxl. Shaft was too long also. I used the spur gear off it but didn’t like the slipper clutch part. All in all, wasn’t a total loss but won’t buy it again.

Put in a slash 4x4 the front wheels got locked and when added throttle it snapped where it connects to the center driveshaft due to it being unable to slip. after removal and disassembly the blue "clutch" is a single piece with a grove to look like two pieces which is locked together on both sides with three pins allowing zero slip at all

That is what I get for getting something that does not have full spec sheet. Or enough info about exactly what it fits.

This slipper lasted me less than 3 runs, before strong vibrations and found the bearing had broken, the whole gear went askew in relation to the rod.The lock nut would come loose on its own and the forward pin would not stay in place.10/10 use official Traxxas parts for this one...
